Job Description

Job Scope: HR cum Admin Intern



Recruitment & HR Support



Assist in posting job advertisements and screening candidates. Schedule interviews and prepare HR-related documents (offer, confirmation, etc.)

Employee & Attendance Records



Update employee data, attendance, and leave records. Support payroll preparation and claims checking.

Administrative Support



Handle filing, data entry, and document organization. Prepare letters, memos, and internal communications.

Office Management



Assist in managing office supplies and equipment. Coordinate with vendors and support daily office operations.

Events & General Tasks



Help organize staff events or HR activities.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the HR/Admin Executive or Manager

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM700.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Kajang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:

Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
