- Possess Architecture qualifications equivalent to LAM Part I or Diploma in Architecture from any recognized university
- Minimum 2 years working experience
- Able to pro-actively participate in project running and coordinate works in all stages and to report to the Project Architect and Principal
- Versatile in all areas from design through to construction stages
- Ability to work independently with excellent leadership qualities and communication skills
- Software skills: Auto CAD, Revit, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Sketch-up, Lumion
- Design development
- Technical detailing
- Authority submissions
- Overall project and team involvement
- Production of BIM works for design proposals
- Work as a team
