Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare drawings related to KM, landscape, and architecture. Prepare layout proposal drawing and 3D rendering Prepare technical reports, calculation, specifications, and bill of quantities Attend consultant meeting, site meeting, and site inspection Liaise with government agency for submission approval Liaise with clients and contractors for project execution Adhere to the best practices, standards and procedures of the company Any ad-hoc tasks that may be needed or assigned by Management from time to time

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma/ Bachelor of Science in Architecture Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, 3D Rendering software (e.g. Revit, Google SketchUp, etc.) Good in both written and spoken English and Malay Possess driving license and able to drive Be adaptable and work independently coupled with good interpersonal and collaboration skills Self-motivated, diligent and team player quality to achieve common goals Able to plan, organise, and manage multiple activities Able to work outstation, perform under pressure, and deliver projects and tasks on time Professional, proper etiquette, patient, and enthusiastic Attendance/ Punctuality - Arrives at works and meetings appointments on time
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
