We\'re looking for someone who has proven record in leading a young & dynamic team to achieve the KPIs target and passionate in delivering company\'s purpose of nourishing the nation by providing quality nutrition.
What we ask
- At least Degree in Nutrition or Science-related field(s)
- 1-2 years\' experience working as people manager with leadership skill or senior executive with exposure to people management experience.
- Experience working and communicating with Healthcare Professional (HCPs)-Obstetrics & Gynecologists, Pediatricians, General Practitioners and other healthcare professionals in both government and private institution.
- Positive mindset and open minded
- Strong KPI driven and result oriented
- Resourceful and think out of the box
- Positive attitude-willing to learn, self-discipline, independent, strong team player and motivator
- Agile and able to adapt the changes quickly
- Able to work under pressure

- Lead, coach and develop a dynamic team to achieve the KPIs and company\'s goal
- Perform root cause analysis and prepare data and facts to support the result
- Educate the Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) on the product update with clinical scientific paper to build stronger brand recommendation
- Penetrate health care institutions and increase company\'s share of voice and market share
- Build rapport and strengthen relationship with KOL and HCPs for more business partnership. Be resourceful and organize and conduct marketing activities with team to engage with HCPs
