Develop and implement audit plans and strategies
Lead and manage audit teams to ensure timely completion of audits and achievement of audit objectives
Identify and assess potential risks and control weaknesses, and develop recommendations for improvement
Review and evaluate audit findings, and prepare comprehensive audit reports for management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of audit issues
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into audit processes and procedures
Provide guidance and training to audit staff, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning
Audit Manager requirements and qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (MFRS & MPERS)
Good knowledge of Group Accounts
Ability to manage and lead a team of auditors
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, ACCA, MICPA, ICAEW or related fields
Experience in a managerial or supervisory role (preferred)

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
