Diploma or Malaysian Skills Certificate (MSC) or Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) in related to this position.
Food Handler holder.
Vaccinated with Typhoid Vaccine.
The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist Team Leader in pastry preparation, production and presentation activities.
Report to Team Leader about kitchen and storage equipment repairs, maintenance and malfunctions.
Record food spoilage and communicate to Team Leader.
Prepare market list according to daily food orders.
Order and stock food products in cooler and freezers according to food storage standards.
Ensure stock rotation to minimize wastages.
Update production schedules and recipe cards.
Adhere to sanitation, cleanliness, health and safety regulations.
