Renowned as the pioneer of flour milling in Malaysia, MFM Berhad, operating under VimaFlour LTD, Mekong Flour Mills LTD, and PT Bungasari Flour Mills Indonesia, MFM Berhad is also prominent in the flour milling industry in Vietnam and Indonesia.

With over 50 years of expertise, MFM Berhad has now expanded to various business divisions such as poultry integration, aquafeeds production, and raw materials trading. Strengthening our position in the poultry integration and Halal food industries, on 10 February 2021 we partnered withTyson Food INC \xe2\x80\x93 world\xe2\x80\x99s second-largest meat processor and marketer.

In November 2021, we commissioned the State-of-the-art poultry processing plant is one of the most advanced processing plants in the region with a daily processing capacity of up to 280,000 birds per day. We are expecting to fulfil the needs of Malaysia\'s Halal industry 147.4 billion UDS that is expected to reach by 2025.

• To run the Batching process following Standard Operation Procedure (SOP), according to plan given with high accuracy and efficiency.

To plan batching schedule daily basis on schedule provided by planner.

To monitor performance & cleanliness of the Batching machinery & area to achieve efficient production level.

To load tanker whenever loading staff not available

To prepare additive according to plan following Standard Operation Procedure (SOP)

To ensure that there is no by passing of machineries without the approval from the Production Manager/Plant Manager in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.

To observe and follow all Safety Operating Procedures and ensure safety practices at all production areas & within the work/repair area as well as wearing PPE when required.

To ensure that correct flour discharge into the tanker to achieve correct production.

To ensure that the flour is discharged into the dedicated and correct storage bins to achieve correct production.

To diligently and accurately record and monitor all production reports to achieve timely and useful production data.

To execute and comply with HACCP, FSSC & Halal requirements.

To comply with the requirements of ISO 22000 and to support and to participate in ISO 22000 activities.

To manage subordinates to carry out routine and non-routine tasks in accordance with Standard Operations Procedures to achieve operational effectiveness.

To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent
