Responsible to supervise and manage boutique.
Oversee financial reporting.
Hire and provide training to floor staff.
Plan and grow boutique revenues.
Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
Ensure all relevant reports and documents are submitted timely.
Ensure all events and promotion activities are well planned.
Ensure execution of transaction.
Ensure a systematic and efficient administration of the showroom.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or bachelor's degree in business studies/ administration/ management, Marketing or its equivalent.
At least 5 years of work experience in the related field i.e fashion retail industry.
Must have
experience in managing boutique/branch/showroom.
Excellent leadership and organizational planning skills.
Possess the drive to achieve target
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
