Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall daily outlet operation and administration and ensure the implementation adhere to Company\xe2\x80\x99s policies;
  • Work closely with respective division for achieving sales target and outlet profitability;
  • Ensure the outlet consistently deliver the highest level of customer service & brand experience to all customers;
  • Partner with Human Resources Department to ensure staff comply to the Company Handbook guidelines;
  • To manage payroll preparation of the outlet;
  • Other duties which assigned by the Company.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in retail industry
  • Possess leadership, excellent management, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and any additional language would be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month Benefits:
