Key Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
Ensure restaurant cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with health regulations.
Ensure that restaurant operations run efficiently, from food preparation to service.
Monitor inventory levels, ensuring stock is well-managed and placed orders are made timely.
Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction by ensuring that staff provides a positive dining experience.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and resolve them effectively.
Assist in creating and maintaining a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for customers.
Supervise, motivate, and support restaurant staff, ensuring they meet performance standards.
Train new hires and ongoing coaching for existing staff on best practices, service techniques, and menu knowledge.
Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels for busy periods.
Assist in driving sales and managing promotional activities to attract customers.
Monitor restaurant sales performance, help identify opportunities to increase revenue, and track financial performance.
Work with the management team to ensure that upselling and cross-selling are effectively implemented.
Help manage the restaurant's budget, controlling costs related to food, beverages, labor, and other operational expenses.
Assist in processing payroll, managing cash handling, and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions.
Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new restaurant staff.
Ensure proper onboarding and training of new team members.
Support employee retention efforts and foster a positive work environment.
Ensure that the restaurant complies with local health and safety regulations.
Monitor sanitation and food handling procedures to meet legal standards.
Assist in preparing for HALAL & health inspections and managing compliance-related tasks
