Developing branches businesses by constant supervision and appropriate selling or communication skills training imparted to therapists and beauty consultants.
Monthly plan to ensure sales target are met at most branches. Consistently met and exceeded sales quotas.
Analyze and monitor sales figures and statistics to establish feedback to marketing department.
Participate in meeting to discuss and to develop business strategies for the operations.
Steadily increase revenues through strong focus on customer services and teamwork within branches.
Always keep operations updates on the latest marketing ideas and promotions.
Ensure staffs are in proper attire to project a professional image.
Ensure branches always in a clean and hygiene environment.

Requirements:

Preferably with 2 to 4 years in supervisory and management level in beauty industry.
Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia.
Possess strong communication skill and able to communicate effectively with staffs and motivate them to perform at their best by setting direction for the team.
Candidate with working experience in beauty industry will be an added advantage.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, dynamic personality with good team spirit & sales oriented.
