Ensure smooth store operations in compliance with company standards, including cleanliness, stocking, and display.
Lead and oversee customer service initiatives, handling issues promptly and professionally.
Manage refunds, exchanges, and resolve customer complaints.
Recruit, train, discipline, motivate, and guide the store team to achieve operational excellence.
Provide strong leadership and clear direction to employees.
Ensure daily sales records, bank-in transactions, and petty cash are accurate.
Monitor inventory levels, stock take preparation, and report to the Branch Manager.
Plan and execute promotional materials and in-store displays.
Assist the Branch Manager in overall branch management activities.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
At least
3-5 years of supervisory/management experience
in retail operations.
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
Good communication skills in
English and Bahasa Malaysia
.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Willing to be based in Sarawak
