Develop and execute high-level brand strategies to ensure the company\'s brand remains at the forefront of the market. Act as a key player in making critical strategic decisions at the executive level, including product development, market expansion, and potential acquisitions, ensuring these align seamlessly with the brand. Lead brand innovation efforts, driving the development of new products or services that cater to market demands and enhance the brand\'s competitive edge. Develop and oversee advanced marketing strategies encompassing advertising, publicity, digital marketing, and social media campaigns, aimed at elevating brand awareness and desirability. Experienced in building relationship with different department across the company Oversee the budgetary aspects of projects, ensuring optimal resource allocation to support the implementation of brand strategies. Leverage advanced data analysis tools to monitor brand performance, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate risks, making informed decisions backed by data. Develop and enact comprehensive crisis management plans to preempt and effectively address any challenges to the brand\'s reputation. Forge close partnerships with senior leadership, providing regular updates on the progress of brand strategies to guarantee alignment with the broader company vision. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in Public Relations/ Mass Communication or any related field Fluent in both English and Mandarin (due to nature of business) Preferable candidates with at least 3-4 years of marketing experience Good attitude of training ability couple with excellent public presentation skill Applicants must possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia Willing to work during alternate Saturday, half day (9am-1pm)
