\xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to Assist Building Executive for building maintenance, repairs general services such as cleaning, security, landscape based on TRPI. o All services inside TRPI must be done with Site Surveillance and verify by Building Executive \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist Building Executive to Monitor and routine daily surveillance for major services as Mechanical Works, (Chiller Plant, Cooling Tower, Water Tank, Lift Motor Room, etc), Electrical Works (Daily Surveillance for MSB, Street Lighting, Compound Light, Tenant Office Area, etc.) and reporting to HQ on any defects found. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist Building Executive to Liaise with Tenants and Public Complaint for rectification works \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist Building Executive to Coordinate with HQ on replacement parts \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist Building Executive to Manage breakdown, downtime, upgrading works. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist Building Executive to Manage documentation as per KKRM requested, Planner, Job Order, Work Order, Stock Card, Testing Record, Security Round Clock, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Verification of Daily Job Order.
