Our client is a well-established MNC 3PL based in Johor Bahru, Johor. Industry: Logistics/Freight Forwarding Working Hour: Monday to Friday ..Good remuneration package ..Basic salary, fixed allowances, contractual bonus, variable bonus. Summary of the role: Responsible for developing new business in the southern region of M\'sia. Identify business opportunity to winning prospect accounts and retaining existing accounts. Drive sales growth in the team. Manage business forecast, business plan, budget and P&L. Provide training and coaching to the team, and drive motivation towards the target. Perform market analysis to identifying new business opportunity. Work closely with Product Head for pricing and quotation standardization. Requirements: Min. 5 years of relevant working experience in sales/business development function or relevant. Preferably with experience in 3PL/freight forwarding industry or relevant. Min. Bachelor\'s Degree education level or above.
