RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
Research and identify potential markets, partnerships, and business opportunities to drive company growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business success.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and risks.
Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and negotiations to secure deals.
Work closely with marketing, operations, and other teams to align business goals and strategies.
Monitor and report on sales performance, business initiatives, and market developments to management.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION LEVEL & MAJOR
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
At least 1-3 years of working experience as an Assistant Business Development Manager or in a relevant role.
REQUIRED LANGUAGE
Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Proven sales track record.
Experience in customer support is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Market knowledge.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport.
Time management and planning skills.
