Act as the primary technical liaison for the Business Development team, helping to articulate product specifications, manufacturing capabilities, and quality standards to client engineers and purchasing teams.
Proposal Development:
Assist in preparing detailed sales proposals, technical presentations, and quotations, ensuring alignment between client requirements and internal engineering capabilities.
New Product Introduction (NPI):
Support the Business Development Manager in the initial phases of new project acquisition, including feasibility discussions, preliminary cost analysis, and technical requirement reviews.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Assist in maintaining accurate records of client interactions, technical requirements, and project progress within the CRM system.
Market Analysis & Strategy
Market Research:
Conduct targeted research on emerging automotive trends (e.g., EV technology, lightweight materials, advanced driver-assistance systems - ADAS) and new business opportunities relevant to our parts portfolio.
Competitive Analysis:
Analyze competitor products, pricing, and manufacturing processes to help define and communicate our competitive advantages.
Data Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on sales pipeline status, market trends, and business development metrics for internal review.
Internal Coordination
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal teams, particularly

, to ensure a seamless flow of information regarding client needs, product design, and production timelines.
Issue Resolution:
Support the resolution of complex technical or commercial issues raised by clients by coordinating with relevant internal subject matter experts.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in an
Engineering discipline
(e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field).
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in an engineering, technical sales, or business development role, preferably within the automotive, manufacturing, or a highly technical industrial sector.
