Job Responsibility Assist chiropractors with patient care: Chiropractic assistants may help chiropractors with patient intake, including taking medical histories and vital signs, and preparing patients for chiropractic adjustments or therapies. Educate patients on treatments: Chiropractic assistants may explain chiropractic treatments to patients and answer their questions about treatment plans, exercises, and home care instructions. Schedule appointments and manage patient files: Chiropractic assistants may manage patient files, schedule appointments, and handle billing and insurance claims. Prepare treatment rooms and equipment: Chiropractic assistants may prepare treatment rooms and equipment for patient care, including maintaining cleanliness and sterilization of equipment. Perform administrative duties: Chiropractic assistants may perform administrative duties, such as answering phone calls, handling emails, and greeting patients. Assist with marketing and outreach: Chiropractic assistants may assist with marketing and outreach efforts, such as managing social media accounts, creating newsletters, and organizing community events. Maintain office supplies: Chiropractic assistants may order and maintain office supplies, including chiropractic equipment, patient educational materials, and office furniture. Assist for marketing: To help in taking photograph to be featured on social medial on ad-hoc basis Job Requirements Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills Strong sense of responsibility and proactive approach to work Good teamwork ability Sociable, lively, and cheerful personality Strong language skills and understanding of confidentiality Adept at welcoming, guiding, and contacting patients Sensitive to the needs of others Skilled in handling emergencies Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
