Manage relationships with 3rd-party distributors and logistics partners, including contract renegotiation and performance tracking.
Run profitability simulations for distributors and 3rd parties and advise commercial on margin impact and negotiation levers.
Ensure operational alignment between distributors, and internal finance teams.
Lead contract review inputs for distributor projects (commercial terms, fees, payment schedules, termination clauses).
Budgeting, planning & reporting & Internal Control
Oversee H1 and FY planning: bottoms-up budgets, phasing and monthly/quarterly landing forecasts.
Produce weekly/monthly dashboards and ad-hoc slides for leadership (financial simulations, scenario analysis, variance explanations).
Ensure accuracy of financial inputs and provide clear recommendations based on modelling.
Ensure adherence to SOX and internal control standards related to OTC (order-to-cash) and distributor finance processes.
Support internal audits and implement remediation actions as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent.
More than 5 years
of commercial finance / credit control / distributor finance experience, ideally with exposure to distributor networks, or FMCG distribution.
Proven experience in contract negotiation support and financial modelling for commercial decisions.
SAP/Oracle experience is a plus
