Have at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the field of company secretarial practice is required for this position.
Fresh graduate are welcome.
Diploma/Degree in Corporate Administration or its equivalent.
Required languages(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Demonstrated acceptable skill with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)
Excellent organization, meticulous with details and communication skills.
Good working attitude, willingness to learn new things and working with colleagues of diverse backgrounds, professional attributes and skills.
Responsibilities
Extracting and processing data and information from company\'s system for SSM registration purposes.
To manage, support and assist in all aspects of company secretarial work, statutory files maintenance including maintaining and updating company\'s statutory books and records and related statutory requirements.
Where necessary, liaising with clients for the formation or incorporation of new companies or other services provided by the company.
Advise on, liaise with and ensure clients\' compliance with the Companies Act, 2016 and other relevant statutory requirements.
Liaising with clients, Companies Commission of Malaysia and all other relevant authorities in connection with company secretarial matter.
Assisting in organising Board/Committee Meeting and General Meetings, as well as preparation of agenda papers/meeting files for these meetings (if any).
Liaising with the External Auditors during audit review and to provide information as requested by the Auditors and liaising with legal advisors on any related agreements which secretarial advice and documents.
Preparation of statutory forms and documents, proper and timely filing and proficient in using MYCOID, MBRS system for online submission to SSM.
Perform all secretarial duties, administrative, and other confidential matters as assigned.
Maintain proper filing system for smooth data retriving.
