Responsible for negotiation, pre and post contract management, including preparation of final accounts.
Verify claims and recommend for payments to sub-contractors.
Perform timely tendering processes, attend tender interviews, clarifications and evaluation of costs.
Ensure operational work processes and documentations are in compliance with the company\'s policy.
Attend site valuations and prepare interim valuation certificate, VO and final accounts.

Job Requirements

Bachelor\'s Degree or Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
4-5 years of relevant mainly construction experiences in Tender & Contract or Quantity Surveying field.
Strong knowledge of pre and post contract works, cost control budget and contractual issues.
Willing to travel outstation for negotiation/operational meetings.
Possess excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills, outgoing personality.
Familiar with Auto-Cad and computer literature.
