Job Description

Salary: MYR 3,500 - MYR 5,200 Per Month

Location: Cheras, WP Kuala Lumpur

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineering or a related Quantity Surveying (QS) field.

Proven experience in a project contract position.

Strong knowledge of M&E contract details and regulations.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Required Languages: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all aspects of Tender and Post Contract processes, handling tender and contract documents.

Manage tender submissions, planning, budgeting, and monitoring of construction phases to ensure projects stay within scope and budget.

Work closely with clients, consultants, engineers, QS, and other stakeholders.

Identify potential risks in tender documents and Letters of Award (LOA).

Prepare and present regular reports to the Director.

Source and compare suppliers, negotiate prices.

Prepare project drawings and materials for approval.

Perform quantity take-offs and prepare summary reports.

Manage budgeting, cost control, and track project progress.

Handle progress claim submission and liaison with clients.

Prepare Variation Orders (VOs) for additional work and follow up on payments.

Maintain project filing systems and ensure all documents are saved on the server.
