Key Responsibilities:

1. Tender Proposal & Documents

Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates at feasibility and concept stages. Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and tender documents. Update cost plans as design information develops. Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), schedules, and other tender deliverables. Gather and verify material prices, labour rates, and subcontractor quotations. Support in preparing tender clarifications and responses to queries. Assist in evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotations for technical and commercial compliance. Compile tender submissions including printing schedules, method statements, and supporting documentation. Ensure submissions meet deadlines and client requirements. Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative material selections. Assist in preliminary risk assessments related to pricing and procurement. Liaise with internal design, engineering, and procurement teams to align tender inputs. Coordinate with external consultants, vendors, and subcontractors to obtain updated cost data. Attend pre-tender and clarification meetings as required.

Job Requirement:

Applicants must possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management or related. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply or have 3 years of experience in the QS.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
