Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Secretarial Services, this full-time and permanent position is based in Vistra Malaysia and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Funds department and its\' growth.Key responsibilities:

  • Perform data maintenance such as profile creation of clients and their related parties and updating the changes of the clients\' data in the approved platform.
  • Ensure adherence to standards and procedure.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks and project work as assigned.
  • Provide KYC support and maintain KYC documentation
  • Ensure documents and files are correctly named, saved and maintained in the database
  • Provide administrative support to the corporate secretarial teams in other offices
  • Assist in handling company secretarial matters for various jurisdictions including offshore companies
  • Ensure compliance with provisions of corporate enactments, statutory reporting / filing and corporate governance
  • Prepare minutes, resolutions and statutory documents etc.
  • Update and maintain statutory records
Key Requirements:Attribute/ Technical Skills:
  • Good communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to fine detail and able to work to tight deadlines and multi-tasking.
  • Independent and self-motivated.
  • Ability to organise and prioritize work with minimum supervision
  • Strong team player
Relevant experience:
  • Prior experience in corporate secretarial works is great advantage.
  • Experience in the professional firms and in handling companies in various jurisdictions is an advantage
Education and Professional Qualification
  • Degree/ Diploma in business administration or in related field
