Our opportunity for you:

We have an exciting opportunity in Corporate Secretarial Services on a full-time basis.

Scope:

This role will be reporting to Assistant Manager / Manager, Corporate Secretarial Services (MY).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in handling company secretarial matters for Singapore and Offshore companies
  • Ensure compliance with provisions in the Singapore & Offshore corporate enactments, statutory reporting/filing and corporate governance
  • Prepare minutes, resolutions and statutory documents etc. for Singapore and offshore companies
  • Update & maintain statutory records
  • Ensure documents and files are correctly named, saved and maintained in the database.
  • Provide KYC support and maintain KYC documentation
  • Provide supports for application of employment passes
  • Handle renewal of annual licence fees in various jurisdictions
  • Provide administrative support to the corporate secretarial teams in other offices
  • Any other ad-hoc duties

Relevant Experience:
  • 0-1 year of experience in handling a portfolio independently
  • Experience in the professional firms and in handling companies in various jurisdictions is an added advantage
Education/Professional Qualifications:
  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or Law
  • Recognized Degree / Diploma with MAICSA/ICSA qualifications or currently pursing MAICSA / ICSA
  • Corporate assignments knowledge in Singapore & offshore would be added advantage
Computer Skills
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office Application
  • Viewpoint
Languages
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English
  • Literacy in Mandarin is an added advantage
