Assistant Crewing Manager
Job Description
\xe2\x80\xa2 To lead and manage the crewing department \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for manning of vessels and planning of crew change \xe2\x80\xa2 Give guidance and advice to the crewing team regarding operational matters \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the logistics of crew change is well coordinated with all parties involved \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure crew database is maintained and updated as required Requirement : - -Degree/Diploma in any field -Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role -Previous experience in a similar position, crewing operation would be advantageous.
