• Manage and ensure information between mall and shoppers\xe2\x80\x99 profile is timely, accurate and reinforces the mall\xe2\x80\x99s brand identity and positioning in reward program.
• Co-create and co-ordinate in uploading the approved contents, photos and relevant information to the mall\xe2\x80\x99s website, and CRM communications channel (EDM, SMS, Push Notifications, WhatApp etc) to build engagement with members.
• Support, execute and coordinate a variety of marketing, promotion and thematic events to enhance shoppers\' loyalty and encourage retail sales.
• Maintain relationships with service providers, vendors, and tenants to ensure collaboration in marketing activities, joint promotions in B2B reward program including resolving issues related to terminal, App or system.
• Assist in the administrative such as B2B reward program and data reporting tracking.
• Support and responsible for procurement related to campaigns, activities and capex items such as inventory and CRM related items.

• Fresh Graduate or 1 \xe2\x80\x93 2 years of experience.
• Any related course or professional course attended.
