Job Summary:
The incumbent is responsible to

  • Enable business to comply with IFRS implementation, Risk and Regulatory.
  • Deliver high stability for IFRS related application and system to support IFRS implementation.
  • Adhere to Global Application Support and Prevention of Occurrence Methodology and Policy Standards
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible to oversee and manage IT team for IFRS IT related work and support covering development and BAU production support.
  • Responsible as overall IT support lead, engage and work closely with IFRS stakeholders.
  • Responsible for continuity in maintenance and support of overall IFRS related application and system covering IL Policy Administration, Claims Administration, DCMS and SSIS ETL.
  • Align enhancements of IFRS requirement with existing source/integrated application IL Policy Administration, Claims Administration, DCMS and SSIS ETL.
  • Work closely and align on solutioning with source/integrated system lead (Policy Administration, Claims Administration, DCMS and SSIS ETL and IFRS platform.
  • Ensure local alignment to Global Application Support and Prevention of Occurrence Methodology and Policy Standards
  • Ensure adherence to Risk, Compliance & Regulatory requirements for IFRS.
JOB SPECIFICATION:

a. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other equivalent
b. Experience
  • At least 15 years working experience in implementing and supporting Insurance related application.
  • Experience in managing a pool of application resources.
  • Experience in supporting and engaging business stakeholders.
c. Knowledge
  • Domain knowledge in Life Insurance functionality and process
  • Knowledge in Finance modules is an advantage.
