• Report to Director of Engineering.
• Oversee preventive maintenance schedules, engineering maintenance requests, and new work orders, ensuring they are performed and accurately documented.
• Maintain facility standards and compliance with local regulations, while identifying and mitigating safety hazards.
• Provide a monthly work plan for approval by the Director of Engineering.
• Monitor and implement necessary training to support the hotel management\'s multi-skills policy.
• Promote environmental sustainability by reducing waste, recycling when possible, and reusing materials as appropriate.

• Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in the engineering field, specifically within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address engineering challenges.
• Familiarity with industry-specific standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia will be considered.
