Located at the heart of the Kuala Lumpur city Centre, Traders Hotel by Shangri-La is looking for a Guest Service Agent. As Guest Service Agent we rely on you: \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform check-in and check-out efficiently, and ensure guests\xe2\x80\x99 satisfaction. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering to hotel policies and procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 To perform all duties according to Quality Standards and Core Practices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Update hotel status, future availability and occupancy forecast. \xe2\x80\xa2 Cross-check room blocking for early arrivals and coordinate amendments with Housekeeping. \xe2\x80\xa2 Check and ensures the accuracy of all financial transactions handled and/or endorsed to the Front Desk. \xe2\x80\xa2 To familiarize with the hotel activities and related facts. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in oral and written English and Malay. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum of 1 year as guest service personnel in a service industry. \xe2\x80\xa2 Pleasant, effective social skills, and versatile. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to work in shift. \xe2\x80\xa2 Malaysian or Malaysia Permanent Residence only
