This role is to lead and manage the front-line Customer Service team to manage/support enquiries, complaints and SMS communications from/to Customers & Agents in relations to all company\xe2\x80\x99s products & campaigns, services, claims, solutions, etc. and ensure team meet the service level & quality KPIs target to achieve the best customer experience.

This role also needs to ensure strategic initiatives/projects, are delivered within the defined timeline; active participation Product Implementation activities to support/achieve company\xe2\x80\x99s goals.
