Tanggungjawab

• Assist in loading packages onto the delivery vehicle and unloading them at their destination. This may involve lifting and carrying packages of various sizes and weights.
• Verify that packages match the delivery manifest and are in good condition. Report any discrepancies or issues to the driver.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner when delivering packages. Obtain signatures or confirm deliveries with customers and answer basic delivery-related questions.
• Ensure that all safety procedures are followed during loading, unloading, and transportation. Assist in securing packages to prevent damage during transit.
• Maintain open communication with the driver, including notifying them of any challenges, delays, or customer concerns.
• Keep accurate records of delivered packages, customer signatures, and any delivery exceptions or issues.
• Assist in basic vehicle maintenance checks, such as monitoring fluid levels, tire pressure, and reporting any issues to the driver.
