The assistant engineer\xe2\x80\x99s responsibilities include : 1. Completing all tasks assigned by the Senior Engineer and Engineer, safely operating equipment, and working alongside other engineers in the planning, design, development, and evaluation stages of projects 2. Plan and prepare for works as per required 3. To ensure all works carried out in accordance with the specifications, procedures and construction plan. 4. Carry out work related to civil & structural such as road construction supervision, and monitoring related work at project site 5. Involvement in road pavement construction methodology, design and associated testing acceptance criteria is an added advantage 6. To coordinate/liaison and communicate with clients, contractors and local authorities related to all necessaries and project requirements. 7. Perform an asphalt and concrete test in compliance with applicable ASTM, AASHTO and other standards for conformance to requirements. 8. Assist on secondary testing of asphalt and concrete and any other task in laboratory 9. To prepare reports and any other necessary paper works as required by clients, authorities or company. 10.
