This includes overseeing the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring that service standards are consistently met.What you will do

• Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling housekeeping staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels are maintained.
• Monitor and ensure that all housekeeping activities meet the resort's cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Supervise housekeeping teams in the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
• Monitor daily assignments to ensure that proper quotas and standards are maintained, as well as the ability to review daily arrivals, VIPs, Special Request/Amenities, Group needs, room assignments and co-ordinate with Front Office.

Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing the departmentxe2x80x99s budget, ensuring cost-effective operations by monitoring labor costs, inventory usage, and other expenses to ensure compliance with the budget.What you bring

• Minimum of 3-5 years in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
