Assistant/ Executive Ppc & Warehouse

Job Description

1) To monitor Finished Good Stock and ensure the delivery of product meets customer requirement.

2) To ensure proper planning and control practices on Raw Materials, Child parts, WIP's & finished goods.

3) To ensure that all product are well organized, can easily be reached and seen and kept in good condition.

4) Collaborate with different teams such as project development, production, and Quality to facilitate operations, materials movement, inventory control, record keeping, and scheduling.

5) To ensure the department day to day operations are smooth and achieve its objective.

6) To seek continuous improvement in operation.

7) To motivate subordinates towards achieving KPI's objective through delegating duties, source feedback and to correct errors whenever necessary.

8) To supervise daily activities of subordinates.

9) Responsible to monitor daily reports, business performance and new project developments.

10) Responsible for the preparation of appropriate and accurate department report for upper management.

11) Analyse reports for any customer or supplier related issues and ensure accuracy and validity of information presented.

12) Any other duties as and when directed by the HOD or Top Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
