Job Description

What you will be doing:



Prompt response to maintenance requests/tasks, such as electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing works, landscaping and others. Ensure that requests and repair completed in timely manner. To supervise service providers/contractors to ensure adherence to work scope. Conduct daily site check ensuring building is operating at its efficiency. Carry out preventive, corrective and scheduled maintenance (weekly & monthly) Updating in system on request records, maintenance activities and equipment inventory.

Job Requirements :



Minimum SPM with PW2 / PW4, or SKM Level 2 / 3 are encouraged to apply. Diploma holders in Electrical / Civil / Mechanical are welcome to apply. Minimum 1 year working experience as Technician / Electrician. Experience with Facilities Maintenance are added advantage. Work location will be at Johor Bahru, town area. Able to work 12 hour shift (8am-8pm). Earned salary range inclusive OT is RM2xxx - RM3xxx.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
