Position Overview:

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Farm Manager to join our team. As the Assistant Farm Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our fish and shrimp farm.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and overseeing farm activities, including feeding, water quality management, and health assessments.
• Supervise and train farm staff to ensure proper procedures and protocols are followed.
• Monitor and maintain equipment, tanks, and facilities to ensure efficient farm operations.
• Collaborate with the Farm Manager to develop and implement strategies for farm productivity and growth.
• Assist in data collection and record-keeping for farm performance analysis.
• Monitoring aquaculture and fishery market activity and planning production and fishing activities to meet contract requirements and market demand;
• Establishing and managing budgets, monitoring production output and costs, recording information such as fisheries management practices, and preparing financial and operational reports;
• Monitoring environments to maintain or improve conditions for aquatic life;
