JOB VACANCYPOSITION - ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER LOCATION - ARA DAMANSARA, PETALING JAYA SALARY - RM 7000-9000ResponsibilitiesHandle the Group consolidation, financial reporting and analysis in line withpublished deadlines based on IFRS and the disclosure requirements of the RulesGoverning the Listing of Securities of the Hong Kong Exchange and ClearingLimited (HKEX)Maintain the Group's Chart of Accounts and ensure standardization of definitionacross all subsidiariesPrepare quarterly reports, interim report and annual report for Hong Kong Exchangeand Clearing Limited (HKEX)To assist and provide analytical support to evaluate and improve businessperformance and potential growth of the companyCoordinate and prepare annual Budget and ForecastingWell-versed in budgeting and reporting techniques, cost & financial analysis,forecasting and strategic financial planningIdentify financial risks and highlight them to management to mitigate the risksAssist in resolving problems occurring in ERP system, liaise with IT team and externalsystem provider to resolve the issuesSupport relationship with Group and local auditorsSupport Covenant and other compliance reporting in line with required deadlinesAny ad hoc task that is appointed by immediate superiorQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Accounting or related professional or financial qualifications.Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or MIA membership or equivalent (ispreferred).Minimum five (5) years' of relevant working experience including minimum 2 years ofgroup consolidation experience.Audit experience is an added advantage.Experience with ERP system is preferable.Email resume to SHUEAGENSI@GMAIL.COMAGENSI PEKERJAAN NS SHUE SDN BHD.
