Job Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts data.
- Responsible to prepare monthly financial statements and all financial schedules on a timely basis
- Generate statement of accounts and aging reports.
- To ensure accurate, prompt and up-to-date system entry.
- Maintain cash book to ensure in/out funds are updated.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
- Liaise with bankers for treasury matters such as bank loans, foreign exchange, etc.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and the customs department on any matters related to statutory requirements and reporting
- Overseeing year end stock count process and prepare variance report.
- Ability to Lead the Finance and Accounting function for the company.
- Possess Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance or accounting, or equivalent.
- 4 years relevant experience in major company or division of a large corporation.
- Good knowledge and skill in MS Office application esp spreadsheets.
- Excellent communication skill is essential, particularly in regard to presenting the results of analysis to management.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English.
- Highly detail-oriented, able to work independently and handle multi-task.
