ASSISTANT, FINANCE DAIKIN ELECTRONIC DEVICES MALAYSIA SDN BHD (DAIKIN GROUP)JOB DESCRIPTIONKey Roles & Key Responsibilities: -
- Key in invoice into SAP system
- Create expenses Purchase Order
- Assist in making payments to suppliers
- Assist in creating vendor master applications
- Assist in filing documents
- Assist in making closing analysis report
- To carry out any other duties as directed by the company
- Handling other adhocReport To: Manager, Finance & Accounts / Executive, AccountsRequirements:
- Candidate with Diploma/Professional Certificate in Accounting or related function preferred
- Prior accounting experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP is highly advantageous.
- Meticulous, organized, and have keen eye for details.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
