Job Description

Accountable for preparing and reporting Market financial results, including income, balance sheet, and cash flow, with accurate commentary. Review financial performance against historical trends and future growth plans. Actively participate in financial review meetings with the Finance Director, contributing insights and recommendations. Ensure full compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Consistently apply accounting policies aligned with the current business environment. Maintain strict control over transactional activities, ensuring adherence to global processes and robust financial controls. Provide insights on key areas of risk, growth, and performance, recommending continuous improvement initiatives and corrective actions where needed. Support and oversee deliverables for internal and external financial audits, as well as tax reporting and audits. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams (e.g., Business Leads, P2P, O2C, Stat & Tax) to drive effective financial operations. Perform additional controllership activities as required.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business, or Economics. Professional Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) is an added advantage. Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting. Experience in a complex multinational company environment is preferred. Strong working knowledge of SAP; exposure to Lumira and Power BI is advantageous. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including database management and complex formulas. Solid financial expertise in analysis, evaluation, modeling, and forecasting, with strong attention to detail. Well-developed analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data from diverse sources. Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken). Strong coordination, planning, and organizational skills, with proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet critical deadlines. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills, consistently seeking opportunities to improve processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
