Requirements :-



Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Commerce or equivalent. 5 year's experience in the Front Office/Reservations/Sales of a Hotel Good understanding of Yield Management principles and forecasting skills Excellent business communication skill in written & spoken English

To oversee the Front Office Department and directly supervises all front office personnel and ensures proper completion of all front office duties and to achieves maximum potential in occupancy, average rate, promotion, quality guest relations and professional service. To assist in ensuring the development of increased on line hotel sales and to implement the online marketing plans. To assist ensuring that the occupancy and average room rates set in the Business Plan is achieved. To prepare and compile all weekly OTA Statistic/Production Report which includes the revenue, room nites, percentage, weekly and weekends comparisons, cancellations report no show report.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
