Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Assistant Graphic Designer to join our in-house design team.
This role supports both

tender-based projects

and

custom apparel production

, working closely with the Printing & Sublimation Department to ensure artwork accuracy and production quality.

You'll assist in preparing visuals, layout, and print files for uniforms, t-shirts, and corporate wear.

Key Responsibilities -

Design & Artwork Preparation

Create and edit designs for

uniforms, t-shirts, safety wear, and accessories.

Prepare

mock-ups, size charts, and visual presentations

for customer approval. Convert designs into

print-ready files (AI, PNG, PDF)

according to production format. Ensure all artwork meets company branding and customer requirements. Manage digital design library and version control.
Coordination with Production

Work closely with the Head of Printing & Sublimation to ensure colour accuracy and material compatibility. Assist during

printing, sublimation, or embroidery setup

if required. Liaise with suppliers or internal departments regarding artwork and sample approval.
Tender & Marketing Support

Design tender samples according to spec sheets or client guidelines. Support social media visuals and internal marketing material when needed.

Requirements

Diploma or Certificate in Graphic Design / Visual Communication or equivalent. Proficient in

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW.

Basic knowledge of garment printing, sublimation, or embroidery design is an advantage. Able to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines. Good teamwork, communication, and attention to detail. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
