Supervises and assist with all housekeeping activities in given areas of the Hotel.
Checks all vacant rooms, reports status of rooms to housekeeper.
Checks maids for appearance, uniform, departments, etc.
Check all linen charts have ample linen, supplies and detergents.
Inspects all rooms cleaned in assigned areas to his/her satisfaction.
Report the status of room to front office / housekeeper.
Reports unusual activities on the floors to the housekeeper.
Trains and orientates housekeeping staff.
Assists on the floor and relief in emergencies.
Supervise work of chambermaids, rooms attendants and other housekeeping personnel's.
Spot checks assigned areas at the end of the day, ensure all equipment and supplies are locked and stores correctly.
Supervises work of Room Attendant, PA, General Workers and other housekeeping personnel.
Assist in linen and supplies inventory and collect all keys from maids after the end of a shift.
Reports on assigned area at the end of the day, also arranges with repairs and maintenance on repairs needed.
Reports articles left behind by room guest.
To perform any additional duties and responsibilities when requested by the management.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
