? Managing company staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process.
? Onboarding newcomers to the company.
? Determining suitable salaries and remuneration.
? Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements.
? Supporting employee opportunities for professional development.
? Managing relationships between employees and the organization.
? Managing succession planning of staff.
? Organizing training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
? Ensuring the organization adheres to labor laws, regulations, and ethical practices.
? Establishing and implementing policies on various HR-related matters such as conduct, attendance, leave, and ethics.
? Assisting with the performance management and review process.
