Provide expert HR guidance and support to business leaders
Assist in the development and rollout of HR initiatives and projects
Deliver full-spectrum HR services across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, development, and performance management
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to enhance talent attraction and retention strategies
Ensure accurate employee data management in coordination with the Shared Services Center (SSC)
Help establish, implement, and communicate HR policies in line with local laws and regulations
Employee & Industrial Relations
Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations into grievances and disputes
Support organizational changes and performance management processes, ensuring legal compliance
Work with legal advisors and represent the company in mediations when required
Strengthen internal HR support by understanding the company's brand, services, and business needs
Assist in managing industrial relations and maintaining clear communication between employees and management
Training, Onboarding & Offboarding
Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires
Facilitate training programs to support employee development
Manage the offboarding process for resigning employees to ensure compliance and proper closure
Performance Management
Support the execution of performance appraisal processes and provide guidance for effective evaluation outcomes
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline
At least 8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a corporate setting
Demonstrated ability to align HR strategies with business goals and lead end-to-end HR projects
Experience managing the people aspects of organizational change initiatives
Well-versed in employment laws and HR compliance standards
Proficient in recruitment, employee development, retention, compensation, and fostering organizational effectiveness
Knowledge of legal frameworks, industrial relations, and experience in leading negotiations
Strong interpersonal skills in coaching, counseling, and promoting a diverse and inclusive work environment
Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels
Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in using spreadsheets and performing financial analysis
Must be able to work in Sedenak, Kulai
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM8,500.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
