Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.).
Maintain and update payroll records, employee data, and leave management systems.
Manage payroll queries, resolve discrepancies, and provide guidance to employees on payroll matters.
Work closely with Finance on payroll reconciliations, reporting, and audit requirements.
Ensure timely submission of statutory contributions and payroll reports.
Support HR operations, including employee engagement activities, performance management, and HR policies.
Assist the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR processes and compliance measures.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, with strong knowledge in payroll management.
Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory contributions.
Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in HR/payroll systems and MS Office applications.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
