Job Description


Job Summary

  • Manage and monitor proper processes of good returns and ensure that credit notes are correctly issued within a timeframe.
  • Coordinate and support other functions for overall operation to run smoothly.
  • Manage and control the destruction process.
General Responsibilities
  • Manage and control good return process to be correctly put away within defined timeframe.
  • Oversee and manage physical stocks to be properly processed according to the company\'s policy or/and clients\' criteria, and GMP standards.
  • Provide on time information on goods return to subordinates, superiors, other divisions, and clients correctly.
  • Monitor and ensure that subordinates work towards the company objectives.
  • Ensure that goods return have undergone their individual processes.
  • Manage and control the destruction process.
  • Take care of other jobs as assigned.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
  • English Proficiency
  • Knowledge of logistic internal process and product recall
  • Computer Literacy
  • Knowledge of GMP / ISO9001
Education
  • Bachelor\'s degree or higher in any fields.
Work Experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, or distribution, or Logistics field
