At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Project and Interior Design Work Experience
Willing to travel to meet customers and perform product presentations (if and when needed)

Set up strategy to find new prospect & sales leads & converting them into key customer/account.
Responsibilities
Responsible for planning, initiating, coordinating and executing sales activity with aim at maximizing sales for assigned accounts to achieve/exceed sales targets.
Plan, manage and control trade spend and discounts. Constant alignment & communication between key accounts & back end supports. (R&D team & sales support team) - Inventory planning, monitor after sales service & reduce complaint rate, stock control & etc)
Responsible to project manage a new deco development:
Acquire deco requirement from RBI APAC and download the info to R&D team for prototype development. Vice versa
