We are representing our client from F&B industry. As our client is expanding, they are looking for Assistant Kitchen Lead to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensure restaurants run smoothly and efficiently.Responsibilities :1. Assist in Managing Kitchen Staff: Assist the Kitchen lead in the overall management of kitchen / staff ensuring smooth operations, collaboration, and a positive working environment.2. Assist in Maintaining Quality Control: Assist in upholding the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene, adhering to the Groups acclaimed reputation. This includes daily checks & execution of established forms to be posted in the WhatsApp group for this purpose.3. Assist in Compliance with Recipes and SOPs: Act as a diligent overseer (after the Kitchen Lead) to guarantee that all dishes are prepared and presented according to precise recipes and standard operating procedures. This includes daily posting of menu sampling every 1 pm / 8 pm for random checking by the management.4. Assist in the Inventory Management: After the Kitchen Lead, this candidate is expected to be responsible for ordering supplies, managing inventory, and minimizing waste to ensure cost-effective operations per the target set of Monthly F&B purchases of not more than 45% (target 40%).5. Assist in the Staff Training and Development: Assist in the continuous training and development of kitchen staff, fostering growth and maintaining uniformity in food preparation.Requirements :
